Bill Corrigan - President

As President of Collegiate Press, Bill Corrigan brings over 38 years of experience in managed print and mail services, driving innovation and operational excellence. With a passion for transforming communication strategies, he has played a pivotal role in establishing Collegiate Press as a trusted partner for colleges and universities seeking efficient, customized, and scalable print and mail solutions.

Bill co-founded Collegiate Press in 1988 with his lifelong friend John DeBaie. Under their leadership, the company has embraced cutting-edge technology and streamlined processes to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.

At Collegiate Press, Bill’s vision is to empower clients with comprehensive solutions that improve operational capabilities and drive growth. He has surrounded himself with a dedicated, talented team that shares this mission.

He strongly believes in the power of print and direct mail as vital components of a successful communication strategy, bridging the gap between digital and traditional marketing.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, who provide inspiration and balance in his professional life.

munashe mhlanga

Munashe Mhlanga – Controller

Munashe Mhlanga is an experienced accountant who joined Collegiate Press in 2013. She served as a Senior Accountant for six years, where she managed accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow analysis, and major equipment purchases.

In August 2021, Munashe transitioned into the Controller position, overseeing company-wide financial responsibilities. She specializes in high-level and managerial accounting, preparing financial reports, processing data, and managing taxes. She also plays a key role in human resources and contributes strategic financial solutions to critical areas of the business.

With her keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, Munashe is instrumental in driving financial efficiency within the company.

Ray Bergeron – Regional Operations Manager

Ray Bergeron joined Collegiate Press in 1990, bringing valuable experience from college campus operations. His career began on the East Coast in 1982, and he relocated to Los Angeles in 1987, where he has been based ever since. Over the years, Ray has held various roles across multiple locations, gaining extensive operational expertise.
 
As Regional Operations Manager, Ray oversees workflow and personnel across all West Coast sites. He works closely with senior management in Boston to ensure seamless communication and provides up-to-date operational reports.

Nate Butze – Director of Business Development and Customer Success

Nate Butze joined Collegiate Press in 2013, bringing extensive experience from a successful career in commercial printing with a national franchise.
 
Starting as Senior Site Manager at one of Collegiate Press’s busiest campus locations, Nate quickly gained recognition for his leadership in high-profile print and signage projects. His expertise in client engagement and project management laid the foundation for his advancement within the company.
 
In 2019, Nate transitioned into his current role as Director of Business Development and Customer Success. In this capacity, he leads initiatives to foster client relationships, ensuring Collegiate Press remains a trusted partner through every phase of service. He focuses on:
  • Developing and executing long-term customer engagement strategies
  • Optimizing the customer journey
  • Managing critical client concerns

Paul DiRosario Jr. – Customer Success Manager

Paul DiRosario Jr. joined Collegiate Press in 2025. Paul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, web development, and print production. With a strong background in graphic design and digital strategy, Paul has successfully contributed to brand development and online presence for various organizations.
 
Paul’s expertise in the print industry spans multiple roles, including pre-press technician, large format specialist, and production artist. His tenure in production heavy environments has equipped him with deep knowledge of print processes, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow management. Paul’s ability to bridge traditional print techniques with modern digital solutions makes him a valuable asset to Collegiate Press.
 
As a Customer Success Manager at Collegiate Press, Paul focuses on:
  • Business development and client relationships

Brian Bradshaw – Customer Success Manager​

Brian Bradshaw joined Collegiate Press in 2023, providing over 20 years of experience in managed services.
 
His career began as an Integrated Account Manager at IKON, where he honed his client relations and operational management skills. In 2010, he transitioned to Ricoh, serving as a Senior National Operations Manager, where he gained extensive expertise in strategic planning and leadership.
 
As a Customer Success Manager at Collegiate Press, Brian focuses on:
  • Optimizing operations across all accounts
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Developing staff training and communication strategies
  • Driving account strategy and long-term growth
His leadership helps maintain Collegiate Press’s high standards while fostering strong customer advocacy.

Mike Ayling – Technology Support Manager

Mike is the Technology Support Manager for Collegiate Press. He has over 30 years of hands-on industry experience. His career is defined by driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring high-quality output through intelligent technology integration—from digital prepress to post-press finishing. With a degree in engineering and a background in web-to-print development, Mike’s focus is on solving complex production challenges. When he is not optimizing workflows, Mike enjoys spending time with family or traveling.

Marina Flessas – Design Manager​

Marina Flessas is an accomplished professional specializing in brand management and design services. With extensive experience across multiple industries, she excels in crafting cohesive brand strategies and innovative design solutions that align with institutional branding guidelines.
 
Her expertise in visual storytelling and brand consistency ensures that clients effectively communicate their message while maintaining a strong and recognizable identity.
