Southwestern Expands Print and Mail Service as Campus Grows Rapidly

School holds down costs while delivering great service

Challenge

Southwestern Law School has grown tremendously over the last 20 years. In that time, the campus has expanded from a single building to a campus occupying one and a half city blocks, including a new student residence business center. They needed a managed print and mail service that could grow and adapt with them.

Solution

For over 20 years, Collegiate Press has provided the staff and equipment to operate Southwestern’s busy campus copy and mail center, its distributed copier/MFD fleet and its self-serve library copiers. Collegiate has become an integral part of the school. “I consider Collegiate Press as part of my management team,” says Janice Manis, Chief Operating Officer.

As Southwestern has grown, Collegiate has quickly and seamlessly responded to the school’s changing needs. “It has been a tremendous asset to have a responsive, creative and reliable partner like Collegiate Press during this busy time of expansion,” says Manis.

Yet even with all this expansion, costs have been kept under control. “Their focus on holding down costs and delivering great service has made this relationship very successful.”
